Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the Ironbound Food Tour?

A: No age restrictions! It's a family-friendly tour, so kids can join in on the fun, too. Just make sure they can handle some walking, since it lasts a few hours. Plus, they might enjoy the brigadeiro and pasteis de natas just as much as the adults!

Q: What kind of shoes should I wear for this tour?

A: Definitely wear comfortable walking shoes! It’s a walking tour after all. Sneakers or good sandals would be best since you'll be on your feet and walking between venues. The last thing you want is sore feet when you’re trying to enjoy all that amazing food!

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?

A: Good question! The tour runs rain or shine, so be sure to bring an umbrella or wear a rain jacket if the forecast looks bad. Just expect to eat indoors at some stops if it’s really coming down. They typically adjust the itinerary based on the weather!
