Q&A
A: I went last month and wore a casual t-shirt and jeans. It did get a bit floury, so I’d suggest something you don’t mind getting messy. An apron is provided, but if you want to be safe, maybe bring an old shirt. Comfort is key since you'll be moving around a lot!
A: The class is generally aimed at adults since it involves some knife skills and cooking techniques, but teens around 14+ should be fine if they’re comfortable in the kitchen. It could be a fun mother-daughter or father-son activity! Just check with the venue if you're bringing younger kids.
A: Yes, you can reschedule! Just make sure to give them a heads up at least 48 hours in advance. They’re pretty flexible about it since they want everyone to enjoy the class. Just check their policy when you book!

Just booked the Italian Gnocchi-Making Class in Brooklyn!
I’m so excited! I booked this for my girlfriend’s birthday next month. She loves Italian food, and I think the hands-on aspect will be really fun. I hope the 4-course meal is as delicious as it sounds! Anyone have tips on making the most out of this experience?
Gnocchi Class Review - Amazing Experience!
Just finished the gnocchi-making class and OMG, it was incredible! The chef was super friendly and walked us through everything step by step. The gnocchi turned out perfect and the whipped ricotta crostini was to die for! Definitely recommend it for anyone thinking about it as a gift.
