Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour? My daughter is 7 and I'm trying to plan a gift for my family.

A: There’s no strict age limit, but Arizona State Law requires children 8 and under to be in a car seat or booster seat. Since your daughter is 7, she’ll need one for the ride. It's a great family tour and kids love exploring the ruins and funky shops in Jerome!

Q: What happens if it rains? Do they cancel the tour?

A: They usually go as planned unless the weather is really severe. A little rain shouldn't be an issue, but if there are any major weather warnings, they'll reach out and reschedule. Just be sure to check the forecast and bring a light jacket or poncho!

Q: How much time do we actually get in Jerome? Is there shopping time?

A: You’ll have a decent amount of time to explore Jerome! The tour includes time for shopping, so you can check out the unique artist shops and grab lunch on your own. Just be sure to plan ahead if there’s something specific you want to see!

Thinking about gifting the Jerome Tour, any thoughts?

I’m considering getting the Jerome Tour for my parents' anniversary. They love history and Arizona! I know it stops at Tuzigoot, which sounds fascinating, and they’d enjoy exploring the old mining town. Has anyone done this tour? Is it worth it? How long do you think it takes overall? Looking for some feedback before I book!

Jerome Tour was a blast!

Just got back from the Jerome Tour and it was amazing! The stop at Tuzigoot was my favorite part, so much history! Jerome is full of quirky shops and the views are stunning. Definitely recommend this as a gift; my friend loved it. Just keep in mind, bring some comfy shoes for all the walking around!
