Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the Jerome Tour? Is it gonna be hot or cold?

A: It really depends on the season! In the summer, it can get hot in Sedona, so breathable clothes and a hat are a good idea. If you're going in the winter, it can be chilly, especially in the shade. I'd recommend layers, so you can adjust as the day goes on. And definitely wear comfortable shoes since Jerome has some steep areas.

Q: Are there any age limits for kids on this tour?

A: As per Arizona State law, kids 8 years old and younger must be in a car seat or booster seat. So, if you have younger kids, make sure to bring one along! It’s a great family-friendly experience overall, but just be aware of the seating requirements.

Q: How much time is spent in Jerome vs Tuzigoot National Monument?

A: Typically, you’ll spend a couple of hours at Tuzigoot National Monument learning about the ruins, and then around 2-3 hours in Jerome for lunch and exploration. It's a nice balance of history and the quirky vibes of the town. Just check the schedule on your booking since it can vary a bit depending on the group.

Thinking of gifting the Jerome Tour! Anyone done it?

I’m considering getting this Jerome Tour experience for my parents' anniversary. They love history and quirky towns. I just wonder how the pickup process works if they’re staying at a hotel? And is there any flexibility in the schedule if they want to spend more time in town? Any thoughts would really help!

Anyone have tips for the Jerome Tour experience?

I’m planning to book the Jerome Tour soon! I heard the views are amazing and I’m really looking forward to that part. I’m just curious about the lunch options in Jerome. Are there any good spots to check out after our tour of Tuzigoot?
