Q&A

Q: What’s the best time of year to take this tour? I want to avoid the heat!

A: I did this tour in early April and the weather was perfect! Joshua Tree can get really hot in the summer, so I’d recommend going between October to April for a more comfortable experience. Just remember, it can still get cool in the evenings, so maybe bring a light jacket.

Q: Are there any age restrictions for this tour? Planning to bring my kids.

A: No specific age restrictions that I know of! I brought my 8-year-old and he loved it, especially the park. Just make sure the kids are okay with sitting in a vehicle for a few hours. The museum part's pretty engaging for all ages.

Q: What’s the parking situation like for this tour? I’m worried about finding a spot.

A: No worries about parking if you take the tour! They handle all the logistics for you. They pick you up from your hotel in LA, so you just relax and enjoy. It's a smooth ride with no parking hassle.

Thinking about gifting the Joshua Tree and Nixon Library tour! Thoughts?

I’m considering this as a gift for my parents’ anniversary. They love history and nature! The combo of Joshua Tree's scenery and the Nixon Library seems perfect for them. Has anyone done this? How was the experience? Did you find it engaging for older folks?

A day in Joshua Tree and Nixon Library—worth it?

I’m debating on this tour for my birthday. I love photography and I think Joshua Tree would be incredible for pics! Plus, I've never been to the Nixon Museum. Is it really worth the price? How long are we actually at each spot?
