Q&A
A: Spring and fall are the best times to go! The weather's usually perfect—not too hot or cold. Summer can be scorching during the day, but you might still enjoy the stargazing at night. Just remember to check for any local weather updates because it can get windy up there!
A: Absolutely! Kids are welcome, and it's a great experience for them. Just keep in mind that the hike will have some uneven terrain, so they should be up for a bit of adventure. Also, make sure to bring some warm layers since it can get chilly at night.
A: Layering is key! Wear comfortable hiking shoes and breathable clothes for the hike, but definitely bring a warm jacket or sweater for after sunset. It gets a bit chilly once the sun goes down, so you'll want to be cozy while stargazing.

Just did the Joshua Tree Sunset & Stargazing Tour, and wow!
I recently took the Joshua Tree Sunset & Stargazing tour and it was incredible! The sunset hike was just the right amount of effort and our guide was super knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. Then we had this amazing picnic dinner with great food—like, they even catered to my weird dietary requests! The stars at night were beyond anything I’ve seen before. Highly recommend this experience!
Considering gifting the Joshua Tree tour, but need some thoughts!
I’m looking at getting the Joshua Tree Sunset & Stargazing Tour for my partner's birthday. We're both fans of the outdoors, but I’m worried about the logistics. How easy is it to get there? And what’s the best way to travel from Palm Springs? Any tips would be awesome!
