Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this kayak and paddleboard experience?

A: There's no strict age limit, but I'd recommend this for kids 8 and up. They should be somewhat comfortable in the water. Parents can join too, so it’s great for family outings! Just make sure they wear life jackets, which are provided.

Q: Can I reschedule if the weather is bad?

A: Yes! They’re pretty flexible with rescheduling if the weather doesn’t cooperate. Just give them a call or email as soon as you know you need to change your plans. They want to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

Q: What should I wear for this kayak and paddleboard rental?

A: Wear a swimsuit or quick-dry clothes! Also, don't forget reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. You might get splashed, so it's good to dress comfortably. Water shoes are a plus if you want to walk around the dock.

Thinking about gifting the kayak and SUP rental at Kahana Bay!

Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting this Kahana Bay kayak and paddleboard experience to my sister for her birthday. She loves the outdoors, and I think paddling through the rainforest sounds amazing! Has anyone done this? I’m curious about the views and how easy it is for beginners.

Just did the Kahana Bay experience – amazing!

OMG, I just finished the kayak and paddleboard rental at Kahana Bay, and it was fantastic! The river was super calm, and we even saw some wildlife. The guide showed us spots with ancient Hawaiian culture, which was really cool. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Oahu!
