Q: What should we wear on the helicopter tour? Is it cold up there?

A: Great question! It can get a bit chilly up there, so I'd recommend wearing layers. A light jacket or sweater is a good idea, even if it's warm on the ground. Also, don’t forget to wear closed-toe shoes, as you’ll be climbing in and out of the helicopter. The helmets are comfy, but they're not super warm!

Q: Is this tour suitable for kids? My niece is 10, can she come?

A: Yes, kids can definitely go on the tour! There’s no strict age limit, but they should be at least 10 years old for safety reasons. Plus, kids usually love the adventure! Just make sure to book in advance since they might have weight restrictions for seating.

Q: Can we reschedule if the weather is bad? What’s the policy?

A: Yes, they have a pretty flexible rescheduling policy! If the weather isn’t cooperating, they’ll give you a call and help you find another time that works. Just make sure to call them as soon as you know you need to reschedule. They really want you to have the best experience up there!
