With 37 years of experience exploring the Southern Reefs of Kauai, we know what the seasoned diver wants. The dive sites we frequent feature over 1,250 endemic species of sea life only found in the Hawaiian Islands. Our charter consistently visits Sheraton Caverns where experienced divers will have the opportunity to explore the incredible lava tube formations and spanning archways formed in fire and carved in water millions of years ago. Other sites we frequent are rich with larger species and can reach depths of roughly 100ft. Sites such as Brennecke's Ledge, Fish Bowl, General Store, Ice Box, Turtle Bluffs and Zac's offer incredible opportunities to see sharks, manta rays, dolphins, and when the season is right, the majestic humpback whale. Q: What's the age limit for the scuba charter?

A: There isn't a strict age limit, but most guests are often 12 and up with parental consent for minors. Since this is for experienced divers, it's really about skill level rather than age. I took my 15-year-old daughter last summer, and she had an amazing time!

Q: Is the dive suitable for beginners? I want to gift this to my partner, but they’ve only done one dive.

A: This experience is definitely designed for experienced divers. If your partner has only done one dive, I’d recommend starting them off on a more beginner-friendly dive before considering this one. They might feel overwhelmed with the depth and the kind of marine life you'll be encountering.

Q: What’s the cancellation policy if the weather is bad? I don’t want to gift this and then have it get canceled.

A: If the weather isn’t safe for diving, the charter will reschedule your dive for a different day, or they'll offer a full refund if you can’t make it. Just make sure the recipient keeps their schedule flexible. Scuba in Kauai is totally dependent on conditions, but they’re pretty good about communication.

I’m so excited! I booked the Kauai’s Exclusive Morning Scuba Charter for my husband’s birthday next month. He’s an experienced diver and has always wanted to see the Sheraton Caverns. Just finished an incredible dive in Kauai!

Wow, this morning’s dive was absolutely unreal! The Sheraton Caverns are stunning, and we saw a ton of fish. The dive team was super professional, and the rental gear was top-notch.
