Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for this dive experience?

A: The minimum age for divers is typically 12 years old, but they must be certified. Younger divers might need a parent or guardian present. It’s best to check with Dive Kauai for any specific restrictions regarding younger divers.

Q: Can I reschedule if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

A: Yes! Dive Kauai has a flexible rescheduling policy for weather-related cancellations. If the dive can’t go ahead due to unsafe conditions, they'll work with you to find another date.

Q: What should I wear for the dive? Is there a dress code?

A: You should wear a swimsuit under your wetsuit, which is provided by Dive Kauai. Make sure to bring a towel and some flip-flops for after the dive. If you get cold easily, consider wearing a rash guard underneath, too.

Just did the South Shore dive and it was amazing!

I recently went on Kauai's Ultimate South Shore 2 Tank Dive with Dive Kauai, and wow, it was an unforgettable experience! The reef is so stunning, and diving both sides was a real treat. The marine briefing was super informative, and the snacks between dives were a nice touch. I highly recommend it for anyone who's certified!

Thinking of gifting the dive experience to my boyfriend!

Looking for some advice here! My boyfriend is a certified diver, and I think the Kauai 2 tank dive would be an awesome surprise. But I’m a little worried about him having a good time. Any tips or things I should know?
