A: Absolutely! Kids are welcome on tandem kayaks, and I’d say around 6 years old is a good starting point as long as they're comfortable in the water. Just make sure they wear a life jacket (which is included). The calm waters in Vero Beach are perfect for families, and you can paddle at your own pace!

A: Yes, Vero Tackle & Watersports is pretty flexible. If the weather is awful, just call them, and they’ll work with you to reschedule. They’ll give you a heads up if conditions don't look good the day of, too.
