Q&A

Q: Is there any age limit for kids on this cruise? Looking to take my family!

A: There's no strict age limit for kids, but they should be able to sit still for a 6-hour cruise. They do offer kid-friendly meal options too! Just be sure to bring layers since it can get chilly out on the water. It's a great family experience, especially if they're into wildlife!

Q: What happens if the weather's bad? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather's really bad, they might cancel the cruise for safety reasons, but they'll usually try to reschedule you for another day. Check their cancellation policy when booking, just in case! I had to reschedule my trip last year but it was super easy.

Q: What's included in the dinner? Are there vegetarian options?

A: The dinner includes your choice of salmon, beef, or curry. They do have a vegetarian option, but you should let them know in advance! The multi-course meal is served while you’re cruising by the glaciers, which is really special. You won’t go hungry, that’s for sure!

Just booked the Kenai Fjords Dinner Cruise! So excited!

I finally booked the Kenai Fjords Glacier Dinner Cruise for next month, and I can't wait! I chose the salmon option since I heard it’s super fresh. I’ve read that the views are breathtaking, especially at Holgate Glacier. Anyone have tips on what to wear or if we should bring our own binoculars for spotting wildlife?

Thinking about gifting this experience!

I’m considering buying the Kenai Fjords Dinner Cruise as a gift for my parents. They love nature and wildlife! Do you think they’d enjoy it? How's the dining experience on board?
