Q&A
A: Definitely go for casual and comfy! Light clothing is ideal since it can get pretty hot in Key West. A hat and sunscreen are a must too, especially if you plan to wander around the beaches or Old Town. Flip flops or sandals are great for the beach, but maybe bring some sneakers if you want to explore more.
A: Weather can be unpredictable, but they usually only cancel if it's really bad. If your trip gets canceled, you can reschedule for another date or sometimes get a refund. Just have a flexible plan in case of rain. Key West has plenty of indoor spots to check out, like museums and cafes.
A: You get about 5-6 hours of free time, which is pretty solid! You can hit up the Hemingway House, grab a slice of key lime pie, or just chill on the beach. If you plan your time well, you can squeeze in a lot. Just remember to keep an eye on the time so you don't get left behind!

Thinking of gifting the Key West Day Trip—any advice?
I’m considering this for my friend's birthday. The scenic ride sounds amazing, especially with those 42 bridges! I heard you can visit the Hemingway House and sample the key lime pie, which I know she loves. Just wondering if anyone has tips on what to do during the free time or if anyone has done this trip recently? It’s around $99, right?
Just got back from the Key West Day Trip, and it was incredible!
Seriously, if you're thinking about it, go for it! The bus ride was super comfortable, and the views were stunning. We had about 6 hours in Key West, which was enough to hit the beach and try that famous key lime pie. I totally recommend the Hemingway House tour too. Best day trip ever!
