Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of our tour? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes, you can reschedule if the weather conditions aren't safe for the planned activities! Just contact The Surf Bus a day before your tour to check availability for a different date. They’re super accommodating and want you to have the best experience possible.

Q: Is there an age limit for kids? My family is planning to go.

A: There’s no strict age limit! Kids are welcome as long as they can handle the activities. The kayaking and snorkeling are popular with families, and there are plenty of options for all ages. Just make sure to supervise younger kids during water activities.

Q: What should we wear for the day? Is it casual enough for active stuff?

A: Definitely wear something comfortable! Swimwear is a must since you’ll probably be in the water. Quick-dry clothes and water shoes are great for the activities, and don't forget sunscreen and a hat! Layering is good too since it can get breezy at the coast.

I’m so excited! I just booked the Ko Olina to North Shore experience with The Surf Bus for next month. I can’t wait to check out Waimea Falls and hopefully do some snorkeling. I’ve heard Hale‘iwa Town is awesome for lunch too! Anyone have tips on what activities to choose?

Did the North Shore Tour – Amazing Day!

Just got back from the North Shore experience and wow, what a day! We spent 1.5 hours in Hale‘iwa Town, which was perfect for grabbing lunch and some awesome shave ice. We did kayaking, and I even saw a sea turtle! The tour guides were super friendly and made everything so fun. Highly recommend!
