Q&A

Q: How long does the Kona Coffee Roasting Experience last? Is it suitable for kids?

A: The experience usually lasts around 2-3 hours, which includes roasting and some time for tasting. It's great for all ages, but I'd recommend it for kids 10 and up. Just make sure they can handle hot equipment and follow instructions!

Q: What should I wear to the Kona Coffee Roasting Experience? Is it messy?

A: I'd recommend wearing something casual and maybe an apron if you have one! The roasting process can get a bit smoky, but I've seen most people wear just regular clothes and it was fine. Just don’t wear your best outfit!

Q: Can this experience be rescheduled if something comes up?

A: Yes! The Coffee Lab is pretty flexible about rescheduling, but it’s best to give them 48 hours notice. Life happens, right? Just reach out through their contact info on the website.

Just did the Kona Coffee Roasting Experience in Oahu - so fun!

I just got back from the Kona Coffee Roasting Experience at The Coffee Lab in Oahu, and it was amazing! We roasted our own 100% Kona coffee and the instructors were super friendly. The best part was taking my batch home. I’d recommend it to anyone who loves coffee or wants a unique gift for someone special. Plus, the bottled water and tea were a nice touch! I’m definitely coming back.

Considering the Kona Coffee Roasting Experience as a gift

Thinking about gifting the Kona Coffee Roasting Experience to my coffee-lover friend. Has anyone done it recently? I just want to make sure it’s worth it. The price is great, but is the experience as good as it sounds? Also, do they offer any special classes?
