Q&A

Q: Are there any age limits for kids on this snorkel tour?

A: Yes, kids can join the snorkel tour! They typically recommend ages 5 and up for snorkeling. The crew is great with kids and they have flotation devices for all levels. Just make sure to keep an eye on them in the water, as it can get a bit choppy at times.

Q: What if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule our snorkeling trip?

A: You can absolutely reschedule if the weather doesn’t cooperate! They usually contact you the day before to confirm conditions. If it’s unsafe to go out, they’ll work with you to find another date. Just keep an eye on the forecast around your trip.

Q: What should we wear for this snorkeling trip?

A: Wear a swimsuit, of course! It’s also a good idea to bring a rash guard or light cover-up for sun protection since you’ll be out there for a few hours. Don't forget water shoes if you have them, the boat can get slippery!

Thinking of gifting the Kona Morning Snorkel!

Hey everyone, I’m considering getting the Kona’s Best Morning Snorkel experience for my sister's birthday. Has anyone done this yet? I'm curious about how the crew treats beginners and if the food is actually good. I want to make sure it’s special since she’s never snorkeled before. Any tips?

Best snorkeling in Hawaii? Just got back from Kona!

I just returned from the Kona’s Best Morning Snorkel, and wow, what an experience! The clear waters at Kealakekua Bay were stunning, and the crew was top-notch. They really took the time to explain everything about the marine life. I can’t recommend it enough! The lunch was also surprisingly good, better than I expected!
