Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the bourbon tours? Can I bring my 17-year-old son?

A: Yes, you can bring your son! Most distilleries allow minors to join the tours, but he won't be able to participate in the tastings. It's a great way for him to learn about the bourbon-making process and enjoy the experience without tasting. Just make sure to check with the specific distilleries you plan to visit since policies can vary slightly.

Q: Can we reschedule if we can’t make it on the day we booked?

A: Yes, you can definitely reschedule! Just reach out to their customer service as soon as you know you need to change your plans. They’re pretty flexible, especially if you give them a heads up. Just remember that the new date is subject to the availability of the distilleries.

Q: What should we wear for the bourbon tour? Is there a dress code?

A: There's no strict dress code, but I suggest going for something casual yet comfy. You’ll be walking around and standing a lot, so wear good shoes! A light jacket might be nice if you go in cooler months since some distilleries can be chilly. And definitely check the weather before you head out!

Did the Ky Bourbon Tours, and it was AMAZING!

I just got back from the Ky Bourbon Tours and wow, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! We visited Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, and a smaller distillery called Peerless. The guide was super knowledgeable and made sure we had a blast. Lunch was a local BBQ joint, which was delish! Highly recommend for anyone looking to gift a unique experience. Can't wait to go again!

Considering gifting this bourbon tour, but have questions!

Thinking about getting the Ky Bourbon Tours for my husband’s birthday. He loves bourbon but I want to make sure it’s a good experience. How’s the balance between the well-known distilleries and hidden gems? Will he be bored if he already knows a lot about bourbon? Also, how's the food?
