A: There isn't a strict age limit for the lessons, but I’d recommend it for kids 6 and up, since they can usually handle the boards better. Zack is great with younger surfers and will adjust the lesson based on skill level. Just keep in mind that younger kids may need extra supervision.
A: If the weather's bad, Zack's team will reach out to you to reschedule. They’re pretty flexible, so just keep communication open. I’ve had to reschedule once due to rain and it was no hassle at all. They really want you to enjoy your experience!
A: A wetsuit isn’t necessary for this experience since the water is usually warm at Lahaina Ukumehame Beach. Just wear a swimsuit and maybe a rash guard for sun protection. Flip-flops are fine for the beach but bring water shoes if you want 'em while surfing. Stay comfy!
