Q&A

Q: How many people can I bring? It says it's sold by group size.

A: You can bring up to three guests for the starting price, which makes it perfect for a small group! Just keep in mind that the total cost increases with more people since it's sold by the group. Also, everyone gets a window seat, which is awesome for the views!

Q: What if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes! If the weather isn't safe for flying, you can reschedule your flight without any issues. Redtail Air is super accommodating with that and will let you pick another date based on availability. Definitely a relief, especially for those gorgeous views!

Q: Is there an age limit for this experience?

A: There's no strict age limit, but kids under 2 can fly for free if they sit on a parent's lap. It’s a great experience for families, but just make sure the kiddos are comfortable with flying. Plus, they’ll love seeing the stunning sights!

Thinking of gifting the Lake Powell Scenic Flight—anyone done it?

I'm considering this scenic charter flight over Lake Powell and Canyonlands for my partner’s birthday. It sounds amazing! We love the outdoors, and seeing Horseshoe Bend from the air would be epic. Just a bit concerned about the logistics, like parking and how long it takes to get checked in. Anyone have tips?

Review of our Lake Powell flight!

We just did the scenic charter flight, and OMG it was incredible! The Glen Canyon Dam is even more impressive from above. The narration during the flight was super interesting too. If you’re into photography, don’t forget your camera for Horseshoe Bend. I’m thinking of getting this as a gift for my brother next!
