Q&A

Q: Are there age limits for kids on the Lake Tahoe Boat Tour?

A: There aren't any strict age limits, but it's best for kids who are comfortable on the water and can wear life vests. The crew provides Coast Guard approved vests, so just make sure you bring your own if you have smaller kids. It’s a great family activity, but I’d recommend ages 5 and up for the best experience!

Q: Can we reschedule if the weather is bad?

A: Yes, you can definitely reschedule! If the weather isn't cooperating, the team will work with you to find a new date that fits. They prioritize safety and don't want anyone out there in rough conditions. Just reach out ahead of time!

Q: What should we wear for the Lake Tahoe boat tour?

A: Definitely dress in layers! It can get chilly on the water, especially if you're swimming. A light jacket and swim gear is a must. Don't forget your sunscreen and maybe a hat to keep the sun off your face. You’ll want to be comfy while lounging!

Just got back from the Lake Tahoe Boat Tour—what an experience!

I took my friends on the Lake Tahoe Boat Tour last weekend, and we had an absolute blast! The Cobalt R6 is super comfortable, and our captain was awesome. We visited Emerald Bay and even stopped for a swim at Meeks Bay. Don't forget to bring snacks and drinks—there's a huge cooler on board. We spent about 4 hours just soaking in the views!

Considering the Lake Tahoe Boat Tour as a gift—thoughts?

I’m thinking about getting the Lake Tahoe Boat Tour for my sister’s birthday. She loves the outdoors and has always wanted to explore the lake. Is it worth the price? Anyone do it recently? I’d love to hear more about personal experiences.
