Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit for the Lake Tahoe Clear Water Private Boat Tour, but it's best suited for kids who can sit still and enjoy the ride! The captain can accommodate families, but keep in mind that life jackets are provided and children under 13 must wear them at all times. Overall, it's a great experience for all ages!
A: Definitely dress in layers! Mornings on Lake Tahoe can be chilly, but once the sun comes out, it gets warm. I recommend wearing a swimsuit under your clothes, bringing a light jacket, and don’t forget sunglasses and sunscreen. Also, comfy shoes are a must since you’ll be moving around the boat!
A: If the weather isn't cooperating, the operator will usually reach out to reschedule the tour. They prioritize safety, so if it's too windy or stormy, it’ll be postponed. I recommend checking their cancellation policy beforehand, but they are pretty flexible with rescheduling if you contact them quickly.

Thinking about the Lake Tahoe Clear Water Boat Tour as a gift!
Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting the Lake Tahoe Clear Water Private Boat Tour for my parents’ anniversary. I’ve read it goes to Emerald Bay and has some amazing scenic stops. The idea of them enjoying a peaceful morning on the water sounds perfect! Has anyone done this tour? What did you think?
What a day on Lake Tahoe!
Just got back from the Clear Water Private Boat Tour and wow, what an experience! The water was crystal clear and the morning vibe was just right. Stopped at some secluded coves and the view from Emerald Bay was unforgettable. If you’re thinking about it, just do it! Worth every penny!
