Q&A

Q: What kind of clothes should we wear for the Hoover Dam tour? Is it really hot out there?

A: Definitely dress in layers! The desert can be super hot during the day but cooler in the mornings and evenings. I’d recommend light, breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes since you’ll be walking around a lot at the Hoover Dam and Vegas. Don’t forget sunscreen!

Q: Is there any age limit for kids on this tour? My son is 10 and I’m wondering if he’d enjoy it.

A: No specific age limit, but younger kids might get bored during the Hoover Dam tour and some parts of Vegas. However, the sights are pretty cool and there's plenty of excitement to keep them entertained! It could be a great family adventure, just keep an eye on him at the casinos.

Q: How's the parking situation if we drive ourselves to the tour starting point?

A: Parking in LA can be tricky, especially if you’re near tourist spots. Check for nearby paid lots or street parking, but be careful with restrictions. If the tour company has a designated meeting point, they might also have some parking options or recommendations. I’d suggest arriving early just to be safe!

Just back from the Vegas and Hoover Dam tour - It was epic!

I just got back from the 2-day tour and wow, what a ride! The drive through Death Valley was stunning. I couldn't believe I was in the desert! Vegas at night is something everyone should see at least once. We stayed at Harrah’s, which was super convenient. The Hoover Dam tour the next day was super informative too. Totally recommend it as a gift for anyone who loves adventure!

Thinking about gifting this tour for our anniversary!

I’m considering getting this 2-day Vegas tour for my husband’s birthday. We love exploring new places, and the combination of Vegas and Hoover Dam sounds perfect. Just a bit worried about the walking involved, any tips?
