On the Last Stand, we go to at least 4 locations where victims actually spent their last moments. We wish to show we care in understanding their lives and deaths. Giving respect to each victim; talking about them keeps their memories alive. Details of the crime are gone over and subsequent discussion about the outcome. Some of these crimes were solved (was justice served?) and some are cold cases still to this day! Perhaps you can help solve the crime? The Last Stand walkabout is done under a full moon monthly so check the dates as they will change each month. There will be a possibility to increase operations/number of days offered. ~ If you cannot make it to the offered date, please consider doing a private one for your group. The cost is comparable to standard ticket prices.

Q: What do you wear for the Last Stand Walkabout Tour? Is it outdoor appropriate?

A: You definitely want to wear comfortable shoes since you’ll be walking around St. Augustine. I’d recommend light layers too; it can get chilly after the sun goes down, especially under the full moon. Also, don't forget a flashlight or your phone for light! Some places can be a bit dark.

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the Last Stand tour? I'm considering it for my teens.

A: There aren't strict age limits, but I’d suggest it might be better suited for older teens and adults due to the sensitive nature of the topics discussed. It's definitely something they should be ready to engage with. You might find younger kids would get bored or not fully understand the context.

Q: If I need to reschedule, how does that work? Are there lots of full moon dates?

A: Rescheduling is pretty straightforward! Just contact Freeedom Adventures as soon as you know you can’t make it, and they’ll help you find another full moon date. They usually have a few each month, so there are options.

I recently joined the Last Stand Walkabout Tour, and wow, it was eye-opening! We visited four separate locations tied to the victims’ stories, and the guide was super knowledgeable.
