Q&A
A: There’s no strict minimum age, but the tour is really best for kids who are 5 and up. They can enjoy the different activities at Lavender by the Bay and the shopping at Tanger Outlets! Plus, kids get 50% off in July and August, so it's super affordable for families.
A: The tour runs daily during the summer months and weekends in the fall. You can check the schedule on their website or call them directly if you need specific dates. Book early, especially for weekends!
A: Definitely wear comfy shoes since you’ll be walking around the fields. It can get muddy after rain, so no fancy footwear! Light, breathable clothing is perfect since you’ll be outside for a while.

Just got back from the Lavender and Tanger Outlets tour!
Wow, what an amazing day! We went last weekend, and the lavender fields were just breathtaking. The tour guides were super fun and bilingual, which was a nice bonus. Shopping at Tanger Outlets afterward was a blast too! We got some great deals. Just a heads up, make sure to hydrate, they really do provide unlimited bottled water, which was a lifesaver!
Thinking of gifting this tour, but have some questions!
I’m considering getting this Lavender by the Bay tour as a gift for my parents. They love nature and shopping! Has anyone done this tour? How's the drive from Brooklyn, and are parking options good at the farm? Any tips would be appreciated!
