Q: Are there any age limits for the Lil Pirate Treasure Hunt? My kids are 5 and 8.

A: There’s no strict age limit for the Lil Pirate Treasure Hunt, so your 5 and 8-year-olds will definitely be welcome! Captain Doug is great with kids and makes sure everyone feels included. Just make sure they’re comfortable on a boat and ready for some fun in the sun!

Q: What should we wear for the treasure hunt? Is it very wet?

A: Dress in light, breathable clothes since it can get warm out on the water. Definitely bring a hat and sunglasses! You might get splashed a little, but it’s all part of the fun. Water shoes or sandals are a good idea, just in case!

Q: How does the rescheduling process work if the weather is bad?

A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, you can easily reschedule your treasure hunt. Just contact Sarasota Fishing Tours as soon as possible, and they’ll help you find a new date that works for everyone. They’re pretty flexible with scheduling, so you should be good!

Just went on the Lil Pirate Treasure Hunt - what a blast!

We did the Lil Pirate Treasure Hunt last weekend at Tearin’ Em Up! Fishing Charters in Sarasota, and it was so much fun! The kids were super excited about the treasure map and Captain Doug was fantastic with them. He kept the energy up and made sure everyone was included. The donuts and juice boxes were a nice touch—perfect for the little ones! Would definitely recommend it as a gift for families!
