Q&A
A: There's no specific age limit for the airboat ride, but they do recommend that kids be at least 3 years old. It’s pretty family-friendly, and the guides make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable on the ride. Just keep in mind that younger children might need help with the ear protection they provide since it can get a bit loud!
A: I’d recommend wearing light, breathable clothing since it can get pretty warm in Florida. Closed-toe shoes are a must for the airboat ride for safety reasons. Don’t forget a hat and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun! And definitely bring a light jacket if you’re sensitive to wind, as it can get a bit breezy on the water.
A: Absolutely! They understand that Florida weather can be unpredictable. If there’s severe weather, you can usually reschedule your tour with no issues. Just be sure to contact them as soon as you realize the weather's going to be a problem, and they’ll work with you to find a new date!

Just did the Little Havana Walking Tour and Airboat Ride!
Hey everyone! I just got back from the Little Havana walking tour and the Everglades airboat ride with Wild Lime Adventures, and I gotta say it was awesome! The airboat ride was an hour-long thrill, and our guide was super knowledgeable about the local wildlife. After that, we headed to Little Havana, which was so vibrant! We had about an hour to explore and I highly recommend getting some Cuban coffee and pastries. Overall, such a fun day in Fort Lauderdale!
Looking for a unique gift idea? Consider this tour!
I’m thinking about getting this Little Havana and airboat ride experience for my parents' anniversary. They love trying new things and this seems perfect! The combo of culture and adventure just sounds like a great way to spend the day. Plus, I love that they can still hit the beach afterward! Anyone done this as a gift? How did it go?
