Q&A
A: The hiking in Yosemite during this tour is generally moderate. Most trails are family-friendly, like the walk to Yosemite Falls, which is manageable for kids. However, always check in with the guide as they can suggest the best routes based on your family’s comfort level. Overall, it’s a great experience for all ages!
A: Dress in layers! Mornings can be chilly in the parks, especially in the Sierra Nevada. I recommend wearing comfortable hiking shoes, a light jacket, and packing a hat and sunscreen. Don’t forget a refillable water bottle for those hikes. You'll want to be ready for anything!
A: There’s no strict age limit! As long as they’re able to get on and off the bus comfortably and enjoy some light walking, they’re welcome to join! Just check with the provider to ensure any specific needs can be accommodated.

Thinking of gifting the Yosemite and Kings Canyon tour!
Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting the 2-day tour from LA to Kings Canyon and Yosemite for my sister’s birthday. She loves nature but hasn’t been to these parks yet. I’ve read that it includes a hotel stay and entry fees, which is awesome! Just wondering if anyone has done this tour? What was the best part?
Just got back from the Kings Canyon and Yosemite tour!
I just completed the Los Angeles to Kings Canyon and Yosemite tour and WOW! The Sequoias were massive, and Yosemite Falls was so beautiful. It was a bit tiring with all the walking, but totally worth it. The stay in Fresno was fine too. Just a heads up, bring a lot of water and snacks for the hikes!
