Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit for the tour, but keep in mind that the hike includes steep ladders which might be challenging for younger kids. I'd recommend it for ages 8 and up, depending on their comfort level with hiking. Make sure they wear sturdy shoes and can handle a bit of walking! You don’t want them getting too tired halfway through.
A: If you're being picked up from a hotel, you won't need to worry about parking at all! Just make sure to confirm your pickup time when you book. They usually have designated spots for the tours. If you're driving yourself, I'd suggest arriving early to find a good spot.
A: Definitely wear comfortable and breathable clothing, because it can get hot! Also, I recommend wearing closed-toe shoes since the terrain can be uneven and dusty. A hat and sunglasses can help with the sun exposure too. Just be prepared for some dust in the canyon!

Just got back from the Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend tour—amazing!
I just did the tour last week, and wow, it was incredible! The colors in the canyon were so surreal, I can't even describe it. Our guide was really knowledgeable, sharing stories about the Navajo culture and history. Make sure to bring a good camera! Horseshoe Bend was also stunning, but the hike back up was a workout. Lunch was tasty too, especially after all that walking. Highly recommend it as a gift for anyone who loves nature!
Considering this tour as a gift—any tips?
I’m thinking about gifting this Lower Antelope Canyon tour to my boyfriend for his birthday. He loves photography and I think he would have a blast! Any tips on the best way to prepare or things I should know before booking?
