Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for kids on the Yellowstone tour?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but the tours are really suited for kids 5 and up since it involves a lot of walking and listening. Younger kids might get restless. Also, the guides are super accommodating and enjoy engaging with kids when they join. Just keep their attention span in mind!

Q: Is lunch provided during the tour? What kind of food do they serve?

A: Yes, lunch is included! They usually provide yummy sandwiches, plus water. I went last month and had a turkey sandwich with some fresh fruit. It’s nice since you don’t have to worry about packing your own lunch.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the tour? Do they cancel?

A: They do have a weather policy! If it’s really bad, like severe storms, they usually reschedule rather than cancel. They’ll contact you and offer options. I had to reschedule mine last year because of rain, and it was really easy!

Thinking about gifting the Yellowstone tour! Need advice.

I’m really considering getting the Lower Loop Yellowstone Wildlife Scenic tour for my dad’s birthday. He loves nature and has always wanted to see Yellowstone. I just want to know if it's worth it? I’ve heard the guides are great and the sandwiches are nice, but are there any hidden fees? Also, how do you get to the starting point in Jackson Hole? Any tips would be appreciated!

Just got back from the Yellowstone tour!

Wow, I just did the Lower Loop Yellowstone tour and it was mind-blowing! Our guide was super knowledgeable about everything from the bison we saw to the geothermal features. And they really did provide lunch, which was a nice surprise. If you’re thinking of gifting it, do it! Everyone should experience this at least once.
