Stories of murder and mayhem spice up our ghost tours.  This lantern-led, 2-hour long, all-outdoor walk has 15 stories.  Historical photographs bring the people and places to life.  Our stories don't skim the surface. We delve into the history behind the events and through deep research correct some of the mistakes told in the past.  At tours end you receive a list of our sources for your own sleuthing.  We leave the cheese and costumes to the other tours and suggest you leave your little ones with a sitter as the subject matter may be too graphic for those under the age of 10.

A: Yes, the tour is recommended for ages 10 and up due to the graphic nature of the stories. It's definitely better suited for older kids or adults who can handle the heavier themes like murder and historical events. If your cousin's kids are under 10, you might want to consider a different experience.

Q: What should we wear for this outdoor walking tour? Any tips?

A: Dress comfortably! You’ll be walking for a couple of hours, so wear supportive shoes. Layers are key since it can get chilly in the evenings, especially if you're going in the fall. A light jacket and a hat could be helpful too!

Q: What happens if it rains? Can we reschedule the tour?

A: If the weather's really bad, they’ll offer to reschedule your tour. Rain or shine, they generally still run unless there's severe weather like thunderstorms. Just check their website or contact them if you’re worried. It’s always good to be prepared!

Just did the Lower Manhattan Ghost Tour and WOW!

I took the Lower Manhattan ghost tour last weekend, and it was such a blast! The stories were intense, especially the one about the infamous murder in that alley off Wall Street.
