Q&A

Q: What should I wear to the Lumberjack Show and Axe Throw Challenge?

A: I'd suggest wearing comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty! The axe throwing can get a bit messy, and you might want to wear closed-toe shoes for safety. Layers are also a good idea since it can get chilly in Ketchikan, even in summer!

Q: Is there a minimum age for the Axe Throwing Challenge?

A: Yes, the minimum age to participate in the axe throwing is 12, and kids under 18 need to have an adult with them. It's a super cool experience for families, but definitely check with your group to make sure everyone's comfortable!

Q: Can this be rescheduled if the weather's bad?

A: Yes! If the weather doesn't cooperate, you can reschedule for another day. Just make sure to contact them in advance to arrange the new date. Ketchikan can be rainy, so it's good to have a backup plan!
