Q&A
A: Honestly, late spring through early fall is ideal. The weather's usually better, and the scenery is stunning when the flowers are blooming. Just keep an eye on the forecast before you go because conditions can change quickly up there!
A: There are no strict age limits, but I’d recommend it for kids ages 8 and up. They’ll enjoy the visitor center and the easy trails. Just make sure they can handle a full day of activity, and bring snacks for extra energy!
A: Parking is pretty straightforward at the Johnston Ridge Visitor Center. There’s a large parking lot that fills up quickly in the summer, so it’s best to arrive early. If it’s busy, you might have to park a little further away, but the walk isn't bad.

Thinking about the Mount Saint Helens trip – anyone done it?
I’m considering giving the Luxury Private Mount Saint Helens Day Trip as a gift for my partner's birthday. We both love nature, and the idea of seeing the eruption site sounds amazing. I read that you can explore some easy trails too. What do you think? Is it worth it? Also, what should we wear? I heard the weather can be unpredictable!
Exploring Mount Saint Helens: Any tips or must-sees?
Just got back from the Luxury Private Tour of Mount Saint Helens. It was incredible! The Johnston Ridge Visitor Center has a great view and an engaging video about the eruption. We even spotted some wildlife along the trails. Just a heads up, bring some snacks if you get hungry during the day, and maybe a light rain jacket just in case!
