A: Yes, there are age restrictions! The spa is generally for ages 18 and up. However, some locations may allow teens if they're accompanied by an adult, so it’s best to check directly with Best Life-ing. Definitely call ahead to clarify before you book!

Q: What should I wear during the hydrotherapy session? Are robes provided?

A: You'll be provided with a robe and slippers once you check in, so you don't need to worry about bringing extra clothes for the hydrotherapy circuit. Just wear your swimsuit underneath and you'll be ready to go! Don't forget a change of clothes for afterward.

Q: How easy is it to reschedule if something comes up?

A: Best Life-ing has a pretty flexible rescheduling policy. If you let them know at least 48 hours in advance, you should be able to rearrange your booking without any issue. Just make sure to check their specific terms when you book!

Wow, I just got back from the Luxury Wellness Experience at Best Life-ing in Miami! The hydrotherapy circuit was out of this world—especially the vitality tub! I felt so rejuvenated afterward. The views from the outdoor bar are stunning too! Highly recommend it for a relaxing day. Anyone else been?
