Onboard our 50’ pristine Catamaran Yacht, our always low passenger capacity makes for an intimate at sea experience. The luxury whale watching cruises feature a perfect balance of gorgeous nautical details, and spacious viewing areas which allow you and your family to get up-close views of wild marine mammals including giant blue whales, humpback whales, mega pods of dolphin, and so much more. The unique 360-viewing walk around feature, allows for a perfect view from almost any vantage point onboard and means you’ll never miss a moment. Our favorite spot onboard is up front, where you can gaze down at bow riding dolphin, which will glide just below your feet on one of the dual bows, so close they are almost within arm’s reach!

Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the whale watching tour?

A: There isn't a strict age limit, but it's recommended for kids aged 5 and up. Younger children can come, but keep in mind that the experience might be a bit long for them. It's about 2-3 hours on the water, so make sure they're up for it! They should also be comfortable with the ocean.

Q: What should I wear for the whale watching tour?

A: Definitely dress in layers! It can get chilly out on the water, even in California. A light jacket or hoodie is a must. Also, don't forget sunscreen and sunglasses. The sun hits hard out there, especially if you’re on the front of the catamaran!

Q: What happens if the weather's bad on the day of our tour?

A: They'll monitor the weather closely. If it's too rough or unsafe, they’ll reschedule your trip. You'll get a full refund or the option to book a new date. Just make sure to check their policy beforehand and give them a call if you’re unsure!

Thinking of gifting the whale watching experience for my parent's anniversary!

Hey everyone! I’m looking to surprise my parents with the luxury whale watching trip in Newport Beach. I love that it’s on a catamaran and has fewer people! Has anyone done this? How close do you really get to the whales? Any tips for making it special for them?

Anyone know how early I should arrive for the whale tour?

I’m really excited about our whale watching trip next week! Just wondering how early we need to be at the dock in Newport Beach. Also, how's parking there? Any tips would be helpful!
