A: Kids aged 8 and up are welcome on the Madison River Guided Kayak Tour! Just make sure they’re comfortable around water. It’s a family-friendly adventure, but you’ll want to keep an eye on younger ones. The guides are awesome and can help out if needed!

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of the tour? Will we get a refund?

A: If the weather is too severe, the Bozeman Kayak Company will usually reschedule your tour. They’re pretty good about communicating changes. If rescheduling isn’t an option, they do offer refunds, so no worries there!

Q: Do we need to bring our own kayaks, or are they provided?

A: You don’t need to bring your own kayaks! The tour includes everything you need, including the sit-on-top kayaks and life vests. Just show up with some comfy clothes and a good attitude. They’ll handle the rest!

I really want to surprise my partner with this kayak tour in Bozeman! I’ve heard the views are stunning and the guides are super knowledgeable. I’m not a great swimmer though, so I’m a bit nervous. Just got back from the Madison River Kayak Tour - it was amazing!

OMG, we just did the kayak tour yesterday and it was unreal! The guides were so friendly and shared cool facts about the wildlife. We saw eagles and even a couple of deer along the bank! Definitely wear shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. Plus, it’s super chill, so even if you’re scared of deep water, you’ll be fine. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun day outdoors!
