Our tour takes place in a conservation area for manatee and dolphin so there is a great chance of spotting these wild animals. Our trips will be relaxing and educational, for each tour is lead by biologists/naturalists for the state of Florida. You can get hands on with some of the creatures we find. Your guide will identify and educate you on how to respectfully and safely handle these animals. Our kayaks are very stable and safe. Before getting on the water, our guides will give a good paddle demonstration and safety briefing.

Q&A

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for the kayak tour?

A: Yes! The minimum age for the kayak tour is 6 years old. Kids must be accompanied by an adult in the kayak. It’s a great family experience, but just keep in mind that the little ones might need a little extra help paddling.

Q: What do we wear for the kayak tour? Is it muddy or wet?

A: You’ll want to wear something comfortable that can get wet! Quick-dry clothing is a good idea. Flip flops or water shoes work well too. Don’t forget a hat and sunglasses for sun protection!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our tour?

A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, they will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. Safety is a priority, so they won’t go out if conditions are unsafe!

Looking for gift ideas for my sister - is this kayak tour worth it?

Hey folks! I’m considering getting my sister the Manatee and Dolphin Kayak Tour in Cocoa Beach for her birthday. She loves nature and water activities, but I’m not sure if this is a good fit. Has anyone done it? What was the experience like? Any tips?

Did the Manatee and Dolphin Kayak Tour yesterday - amazing!

Just got back from the kayak tour and wow, it was incredible! The guides really knew their stuff and we saw so many manatees up close. The kayaks were stable and easy to handle. Just make sure to bring a water bottle and sunscreen! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unique experience.
