A: There's no strict age limit for kids on the Wet Tails Charters, but it's best if they’re at least 5 years old so they can enjoy the experience. Just make sure they can follow basic instructions and don’t get overly scared by the boat. Bring along some snacks and drinks, as they can get fidgety!
A: Dress in layers! It can get a bit chilly on the water, especially in the morning. Lightweight, quick-dry clothes are best, and don’t forget your sunscreen and hat. Some folks wear flip-flops, but I recommend closed-toed shoes for better footing on the boat.
A: Wet Tails Charters is pretty flexible with rescheduling in case of bad weather. They’ll contact you if the conditions aren’t safe for fishing and offer to move your booking to another date. Just keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your trip!
