Q&A
A: Definitely wear comfortable clothes and shoes! You'll be stopping at some waterfalls and beaches, so maybe bring a swimsuit for swimming. The walking isn’t too extensive, but you'll want to be ready for muddy paths at the falls. A light jacket is also a good idea in case it gets breezy along the coast.
A: Yes, definitely! They’re pretty flexible about rescheduling due to weather. Just make sure to call them a day in advance if there’s a forecast for rain. They want you to have the best experience possible, so they'll work with you to find a good time.
A: Kids are totally welcome! The tour is designed for all ages, and the van is comfortable enough for little ones. Just keep in mind that some of the stops might not be super stroller-friendly. If you’re bringing toddlers, a baby carrier might work better for the waterfalls.

Just got back from the Road to Hana tour and WOW!
I recently took the Famous Road to Hana tour with Stardust Hawaii and it was epic! The scenery was just breathtaking, especially the black sand beach at Wainapanapa State Park. Our guide was super knowledgeable and shared so many cool stories about the island's history. The picnic lunch was delicious too—local sandwiches with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Maui!
Considering the Road to Hana tour as a gift for my parents!
My parents are coming to Maui soon, and I think the Road to Hana tour would be an awesome gift! They love nature and exploring new places. I’m just a bit worried about the van ride since it's long. How’s the experience overall? Any tips for making sure they enjoy it?
