We are a family-owned Maui company with over 40 years of experience on Hawaiian waters. Our expert Captains and crew bring decades of combined local experience, with safety always our top priority. ʻElua is Maui’s only luxury power catamaran. Although certified for 57 passengers, we operate at approximately 60% capacity to provide an elevated, personalized experience. Guests consistently rate their time aboard as a highlight of their vacation. ʻElua features an air-conditioned, upscale interior with cushioned seating, refined finishes, soft flooring, dynamic audio, and private spaces throughout. Submerged stairs and swim platforms make ocean entry easy. Onboard amenities include warm freshwater showers and spacious modern restrooms. Breakfast, lunch, snorkel gear, and an open bar are included. ʻElua welcomes guests ages 4 and older. No infants or kids under 4.

Guests will enjoy a light breakfast featuring baked muffins, croissants with jam, fresh island fruit, and morning-brewed Maui coffee and orange juice.
Open Bar featuring fruit juices, soda, filtered water, ice cold micro brewed local beer, white wine, hard seltzer & craft cocktails, premium labels, and our Captain Justin’s famous Maui Mai Tai.
We provide professional, sanitized snorkeling equipment. We do not allow full-face snorkeling masks.

Q&A

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of our snorkel trip? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes, if the weather conditions aren't safe for snorkeling, Pride of Maui will work with you to reschedule. They usually reach out the night before if there's a concern, so you won't be left in the dark. Just make sure to check your email!

Q: What's the age limit for this experience? Can my 3-year-old join?

A: Unfortunately, your 3-year-old won't be able to join. The age limit is 4 and up. If you have kids under 4, you might want to look for other family-friendly activities. But I can assure you, the experience is great for older kids!

Q: What should we wear for the snorkeling part? Is it okay to bring our own gear?

A: Wear a swimsuit and maybe a rash guard if you're sensitive to the sun. The trip provides snorkel gear, and they don’t allow full-face masks for safety reasons. But you can bring your own gear if that's what you're comfortable with!

I just got back from the Molokini and Turtles Luxury Yacht Snorkel and it was honestly one of the highlights of my vacation! The crew was so knowledgeable and the boat was really comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, too! Seeing all the turtles while snorkeling was unforgettable. Any tips for others thinking about it?
