Q&A

Q: What happens if the helicopter part gets canceled due to weather?

A: If the helicopter tour gets canceled due to weather, you'll receive a $350 refund for that portion. The ground tour of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park will still go ahead as planned. Just keep an eye on the weather, especially since the tour is in an active volcanic area!

Q: Is there an age limit for children on this tour?

A: Yes, kids need to be at least 2 years old to join the helicopter tour. However, be sure to check with Dynamic Tour Maui for their specific policies on younger kids as sometimes they require a safety seat or have restrictions for very small children.

Q: What should I wear for the helicopter and ground tour?

A: Dress in layers! It can get chilly in the helicopter, so a light jacket is a good idea. Comfortable shoes are a must for the ground portion since you’ll be walking around the national park. And don’t forget sunscreen, even if it’s cloudy!
