Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the Iao Valley tour? My kids are 8 and 10, can they join?

A: Great question! There’s no specific age limit for the Iao Valley tour, so your kids can definitely join! Just keep in mind that the terrain can be a bit rugged in some spots, so make sure they're comfortable with that. The Lavender Farm part is super family-friendly, too!

Q: What's the best time of year to do this tour? I want the best weather possible.

A: Honestly, the best time is usually between April and June. The weather is typically nicer, less rain, and it’s not too crowded yet. Just be sure to check the forecast, as things can change quickly in Hawaii!

Q: How does the pickup from Lahaina Harbor work? Is it reliable?

A: Pickups are pretty reliable! For Lahaina Harbor, just text or call to confirm your pickup after booking. The guide usually shows up promptly at the meeting point outside Long's Drugs. Just make sure you’re there a bit early to avoid any stress.

Thinking of gifting the Iao Valley and Lavender Farm tour, any thoughts?

Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting the Iao Valley tour to my parents for their anniversary. They love nature and the whole Hawaiian vibe. The tour includes the distillery visit, right? Just wondering if anyone's done it or if it’s worth it? I want them to have an unforgettable experience!

In love with the Lavender Farm from the tour!

Just got back from the Iao Valley tour and I can’t stop thinking about the Lavender Farm. It was so peaceful and fragrant! If you’re considering this tour, do it for that alone! Plus, the guide was really knowledgeable about the history of the area. Highly recommend!
