Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit, but I’d recommend this for teens and adults since it involves a bit of understanding spiritual concepts and meditation techniques. I took my 15-year-old daughter, and she loved it! Just make sure they're interested in meditation.
A: Wear something comfy! I'd recommend layers since it can get chilly when the sun goes down. Yoga pants or lightweight clothing work great. Also, don’t forget to bring sunglasses and sunscreen if it’s a sunny day. You'll be on the rocks for a while!
A: They do have a cancellation and rescheduling policy. If the weather looks bad, definitely reach out to Michele ahead of time. She’s super accommodating and will help you find another time that works for you. Also, they provide blankets if it's just a bit chilly!

Thinking about gifting the Sedona Vortex meditation experience – any tips?
I’m considering gifting the Sedona Vortex meditation to my best friend who’s been really stressed out. It’s in Sedona, right? I love that Michele is a local and has so much experience. Does anyone have any tips on how to make this gift extra special? Maybe something to pair it with?
Just did the Sedona Vortex meditation – it was life-changing!
Wow, if you’re on the fence about trying this, just do it! Michele is an amazing teacher, and the setting is just breathtaking. I felt so connected to everything afterward. The meditation cushion was comfy and I loved the blanket they provided when it got chilly. Worth every penny!
