Q&A

Q: Is there a dress code for the food tour? I wanna look good but be comfy!

A: There's no strict dress code, but I'd recommend wearing comfy shoes since you'll be walking quite a bit along Valencia Street. Layering is also smart since SF weather can change fast! Just keep it casual and you’ll be set.

Q: How many food stops are on the tour? Is it enough for a full meal?

A: The tour typically has around 4-6 stops, and you’ll definitely sample enough food to feel satisfied! It varies a bit depending on the day and group size, but trust me, you won’t leave hungry. The tastings range from tacos to artisan pastries!

Q: Can I reschedule if plans change? How’s that work?

A: Yes, you can reschedule! Just contact Edible Excursions at least 48 hours before your tour, and they’ll help you out. It's super flexible, which I found really helpful when my plans shifted last minute!

Thinking about getting the Mission 18th Street Food Tour as a gift! Anyone been?

I’m thinking about gifting this food tour in San Francisco for my friend’s birthday. She loves trying new foods, and the Mission District is supposed to be buzzing! I saw that it includes a personal concierge and multiple tastings. What’s the vibe like? Anyone have feedback? I just wanna make sure it’s a hit!

Just got back from the Mission food tour! So worth it!

OMG, I just did the Mission 18th Street food tour and it was phenomenal! We went to about 5 different places and had everything from tacos to gourmet desserts. Our guide, who was super knowledgeable, gave us the inside scoop on each spot. I can't recommend this enough for foodies! Also, the prices are really reasonable for the amount of food you get.
