Q&A

Q: Is this tour suitable for kids or is it more for adults?

A: The ghost tour is generally suitable for older kids, but it might be a bit too spooky for younger ones. It really depends on the child's comfort level with scary stories. I took my 12-year-old, and they loved it! Just make sure to check with the tour guide if you're unsure.

Q: What should we wear for the ghost tour? Is it chilly at night?

A: I'd recommend wearing layers since it can get chilly in Monterey, especially after sunset. Comfortable shoes are a must since you'll be walking a lot. We went in the fall, and I was glad I brought a light jacket!

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the tour? What if I need to reschedule?

A: There aren't any strict age restrictions, but kids under 10 might find it a little too intense. As for rescheduling, you can usually do that with advance notice, just check their policy on cancellations. It's pretty flexible, but it's best to confirm directly with the provider.

Considering the Monterey Ghost Tour as a gift!

I’m thinking about getting the ghost tour for my sister’s birthday since she loves ghost stories! Has anyone done it? What was your favorite part? I heard the guide is super knowledgeable, and I love that it’s outdoors. Would it be fun for a group?
