Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the rafting trip?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but they recommend kids be at least 6 years old for safety reasons. Younger kids can still join if they're comfortable in water and wear the provided life jackets. Just make sure to check with your guide for any specific concerns about your child’s ability.

Q: What should we wear for the rafting trip? Is it cold in the water?

A: Wear something comfortable that can get wet! Quick-dry clothes or a swimsuit are ideal. It can be chilly in the morning, so a light layer is good until you hit the water. They provide safety gear, but you might want to bring a waterproof camera and sunscreen!

Q: What if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather looks unsafe, you can usually reschedule your trip. Just give them a call as soon as you know. They want your experience to be fun and safe, so they’re pretty flexible about moving your date around. Make sure to check their cancellation policy too!

OMG, we had the BEST time on the Colorado River! The guides were super knowledgeable and made sure we were all safe. The lunch was delicious too—who knew deli sandwiches could taste so good in the middle of the desert? I can't recommend this enough; just do it!
