A: There’s no strict age limit, but kids should be able to swim and be comfortable on the water. They do have youth-sized life vests available. I took my 10-year-old, and he had a blast! Just make sure they’ve got some supervision. If in doubt, call ahead and ask.
A: Yes, they’re pretty flexible with rescheduling if the weather's bad. Just give them a call as soon as you know. They want everyone to have a great time out there! I rescheduled once because of a storm warning, and it was hassle-free.
A: Definitely wear your swimsuit and bring a towel! If it’s sunny, a rash guard is a smart move to protect from sunburn. Water shoes or sandals are great, too, especially when getting in and out of the water. I also recommend a hat and sunglasses!

Amazing day paddle boarding in Moab!
Just got back from a paddle boarding trip in Moab! We rented from Xtreme 4x4 Tours and had a fantastic time. The equipment was in perfect shape, and the staff was super helpful. We spent most of the day on the Colorado River, soaking up the sun and enjoying the views. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun day out!
