Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this tour? Would it be suitable for my 8-year-old?

A: There’s no strict age limit for the tour! Kids usually have a blast exploring the Old West towns. Just keep in mind that some parts might have uneven terrain, so make sure your little one can handle a bit of walking. It’s a great educational experience too, so they’ll likely find it fun!

Q: What should we wear for this tour? Is there a lot of walking involved?

A: Comfortable shoes are a must since there’s quite a bit of walking, especially in Virginia City. Dress in layers as temperatures can change throughout the day, and don't forget sunscreen. A hat is a good idea too, especially in the summer!

Q: Can this tour be rescheduled if something comes up?

A: Yes, you can reschedule your tour! Just reach out to Vogue Travel and Tours at least 48 hours in advance, and they should be able to accommodate you. They’re pretty flexible with changes, which is great!

Thinking about the Virginia and Nevada City tour - any recent experiences?

I'm considering this tour for my boyfriend's birthday! It sounds awesome to explore those historic towns and have a personal photographer there. I've heard the wildlife spotting part is really cool too! How's the weather usually in late September? Any tips for making the most of it?

Just did the Old West Towns tour and it was epic!

I went on the Virginia and Nevada City tour last week and wow, it exceeded my expectations! The open-air museum was so fun to walk through, and seeing the actual movie sets was a highlight. Our guide was super knowledgeable, and I can't believe we got those antique photos taken! Totally worth it.
