Q&A
A: You'll want to wear a swimsuit and maybe a rash guard for sun protection. Water shoes are great too, especially if you plan on walking on any rocks or slippery areas. The bay can have some waves, so just be cautious when getting in and out of the kayak.
A: Yes, if the weather conditions aren't safe, you'll be able to reschedule your adventure. Just reach out to Kona Boys, and they’ll help you find a new date. It’s nice that they prioritize safety!
A: Absolutely! The guides at Kona Boys are super friendly and will give you a quick lesson before you start. The kayaking in Kealakekua Bay is pretty calm, so it’s perfect for first-timers. Just have fun and don't worry too much!

Thinking about gifting the Morning Magic Kayak and Snorkel Adventure!
Hey everyone! I'm looking to surprise my sister with the Morning Magic Kayak and Snorkel Adventure in Kealakekua Bay for her birthday. I love how it’s rich in culture and has stunning views. Has anyone done this? Tips on what to bring and how early to book would be great!
Just did the kayak and snorkel tour at Kealakekua Bay!
OMG, the Morning Magic Kayak and Snorkel Adventure was amazing! The guides were super knowledgeable about the history of the bay, and the snorkeling was out of this world. We saw so many colorful fish! Just a heads up—it gets hot, so definitely wear sunscreen and bring lots of water. Can’t recommend it enough!
