Q&A
A: There aren’t strict age restrictions for the Morning Meditation at the Stupa. It’s open to everyone, but I’d recommend it for teens and adults who can engage with the meditation process. Kids can come along too, just make sure they’re comfortable with quiet and stillness. The whole vibe is pretty relaxed!
A: Wear something comfortable and breathable since you'll be sitting on a mat for a while. Yoga pants or loose-fitting clothes are ideal. I’d also suggest layers because it can get a bit chilly in the mornings, especially in Sedona. You want to be cozy but not too hot!
A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, they usually reschedule the session. The Stupa is outdoors, so safety and comfort are priorities. Just keep an eye on your email for updates from Sedona Rebirth Hiking Tours. They’re great with communication!

Just Did the Morning Meditation & Sound Healing—Incredible Experience!
So I finally checked off the Morning Meditation and Sound Healing at Sedona Stupa, and wow! Dr. Harmony and Deremiah are amazing. The sound bowls were something I’d never experienced before, and the healing vibes were real. Plus, walking the medicine wheel afterward added such a cool layer to the whole thing. If you’re looking for a unique gift for someone (or even just for yourself!), I highly recommend this. It definitely made me feel more connected!
Thinking of Gifting the Meditation Experience—Thoughts?
I’m considering gifting the Morning Meditation & Sound Healing to my sister who’s been super stressed. It’s free, so that’s awesome! But I’m not sure if she’d vibe with the whole meditation thing. Has anyone here taken a friend or family member who was new to this type of experience? Did they enjoy it?
