Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the mosaic class? Can kids join?

A: Yes, kids can definitely join! The studio is family-friendly, and they usually recommend ages 8 and up. Just make sure they have an adult with them. It's a great way to foster creativity and spend time together!

Q: What should I wear to the class? Is it messy?

A: Definitely wear something you don’t mind getting a bit dirty! They provide aprons, but clay can be unpredictable. Also, closed-toe shoes are a good idea since you’ll be moving around a bit.

Q: What if it rains? Does the class get canceled?

A: Classes typically go on unless there's severe weather, like storms. Since it's indoors at MAS Mercado Art Studio, you don’t need to stress about a little rain. Just check the schedule if there are any warnings!

Can anyone share their experience with the Mosaic Class in Fort Lauderdale?

I’m thinking about gifting the mosaic class at MAS Mercado Art Studio to my friend who's visiting from out of town. I saw that it’s hands-on pottery and that you leave with a piece you made, which sounds so cool! I just want to know if it’s as fun as it sounds. Did anyone feel overwhelmed if they're not artistic? Also, how’s the vibe there?

Looking for thoughts on the Mosaic Class at MAS Mercado!

I just booked a spot for the mosaic class for my girlfriend's birthday. I’m curious about how long the class actually lasts and if we get to choose our own designs? I want to make something special for her. Also, what's the parking situation like around there?
